Jim Kouzes is a world-renowned leadership scholar. Jim, along with Barry Posner, is the co-author of the award-winning and best-selling book, The Leadership Challenge. In addition, they have co-authored six other books on leadership, including Credibility: How Leaders Gain It and Lose It, Why People Demand It and Encouraging the Heart. Jim is an Executive Fellow at SCU’s Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship and one of the twelve most requested non-university executive education providers to U.S. companies.
