Real Estate Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION: •   Advanced word processing including letter composition as appropriate and presentation packaging (including graphics); •   Responsible for the development/aesthetic enhancement and compilation of standard marketing packages, brochures and presentations; •   Responsible for the creation and maintenance of marketing database/library; •   Assist with developing and maintaining Team marketing plan and marketing plans for individual listings; •   Produce and maintain leasing reports for lease and sale property listings; •   Organize and manage lease and sale listing files; •   Organize and maintain confidential transaction records and files; •   Assist in development and compilation of responses to Request For Proposals (“RFP’s”) and Letter of Intents (“LOI’s”); •   Assist with the administration of lease and sale transactions; •   Answer and qualify incoming telephone calls; •   Interface with internal corporate customer senior management; •   Perform special projects as required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of two years of related commercial real estate experience is preferred.

CERTIFICATES & LICENSES Real Estate Salesperson License will be needed before or shortly after being hired.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS •   Excellent personal, telephone and written communication skills; •   Grammatical/spelling accuracy; •   Advanced analytical and quantitative skills; •   Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service; •   Ability to prioritize and demonstrate excellent time management; •   Prior office experience; advanced word processing, graphics and PC spreadsheet skills; •   Ability to analyze, interpret and comprehend complex business documents such as lease forms and sale agreements; •   Ability to write reports, create templates, and organize materials in such a way that the entire Team can efficiently process; •   Ability to motivate Team members and client groups.
