Hi Everyone, We are a fast-growing biotech start-up company based in Mill Valley, Marin County and we are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join the team. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: - Day-to-day bookkeeping, including processing A/P, A/R, bank accounts and credit card reconciliation - Maintaining the GL and sub ledger - Monthly financial statements reporting and compilation of reports for year-end tax preparation (work closely with CPA accounting firm) - general accounting support for CEO and VP Finance & Operations and assistance with special projects Requirements: -minimum 3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience and strong working knowledge of accounting principles -Proficient with Quickbooks (Pro version and above), MS Word and Excel; familiar with other accounting software a plus - self-motivated, able to follow instructions, work independently and prioritize - the ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational skills and attention to detail -English/Chinese bilingual is preferred.
