Infiniti Consulting Group, Inc. is a California Certified Small Business serving clients in 8 different major state agencies as well as numerous private sector clients. If you go to our web site, you will find we don't have much there. That's because we have not had time to develop the content and we need some help! So, we are looking for a writer/editor who could spearhead this effort to collect the content, help us organize it and get it to our marketing firm (Goodchap) for publication.

Many of our consulting engagements require extensive business and technical documentation. We are looking for someone who can help us manage the extensive library we have, set up templates for new deliverables (tehcnical and business documents), edit the content to ensure consistency with our documentation standards, and publish the final documents in either electronic or hardcopy form. If you have wrestled with getting your SEA business plan pulled together and produced for submission on time you understand the type of thing we do regularly.

Our materials must be of showcase quality in content, in editorial and writing style, and in their presentation.

Requirements: Excellent written communication skills are absolutely necessary - Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products including MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is also required - knowledge of Visio is a plus. Proficiency in these tools means setting up style guides/templates, compiling the table of contents, indices, appendices, working with imbedded graphics and tables, and compiling documentation together from multiple authors in a manner that reflects a consistent look and feel.

We are looking for a self-starter, energetic, results oriented individual who works well both independently and as part of a team. You also need to be flexible, able to take direction, and provide input on projects.
