SEAers, Eric Mongo Robbins (Class of 1995) here and I NEED A WEB DESIGNER. But not just any web designer. I need someone with experience creating simple, well-designed web sites around a blog. Real estate experience is a plus. Design partnerships in India or Costa Rica is a plus-plus. Web 2.0+ knowledge with a thirst for staying at the top of the learning curve is a plush-plus. Say that 5 x fast. I'm in charge of setting up a blog-centric web site for the real estate customers of MaryRobbins.com. And I need it in 2 weeks in time for the full-page HomeFolio magazine ad she just bought. Details are below the signature line. That's the meat of my proposal. Here's the gravy: hit it out of the park and there's more business -perhaps a lot more. I'm in the early stages of building a business plan related to real estate blogging and need help me with the tech side. I'm using this opportunity to flesh out my business plan while helping mom drive more real estate leads to her phone, inbox and open houses. Plus, I can get you some acreage on the magazine ad going out to 40,000 homeowners, renters and real estate agents within Contra Costa County, if that is helpful to you. Please feel free to call with any questions. And if you know of a great web master for this project, please let me know or forward them my info. Thank you.
